Sleepy

The first day of lockdown was very much like any other day for us - particularly as the rules on leaving the house are far less stringent than the March lockdown. Most of my day was spent at the computer, processing photographs and report writing, but I managed to get out for a morning walk round the Rowing Lake, where the herd of overwintering swans is building up nicely, with over fifty present. This cob swan was enjoying a snooze in the late autumn sun, unaware of the tense state of affairs on the other side of the pond!
