Château de Chillon

Today we had a walk by the side of Lake Genève from Villeneuve to Montreux, passing the Château de Chillon along the way. It was quite a grey day and the promised sun didn’t burn through but there were plenty of autumn colors along the way as well as a few flowers. The Freddie Mercury statue (see extras) stood alone which is a rare sight as you normally have to queue to get a photo but there are no tourists around now that we are back in partial lockdown.
