Paintings re-framed

An auspicious day - I have been keeping and eye on CNN for hours (days!) and this afternoon they declared Joe Biden President Elect. I am very pleased for America, and indeed - the World.

A beautiful crisp sunny morning - JR went off to the supermarket early, and I went out with Archie round the block (we met Hamish!) but later on, the day clouded over.

After Archie went off with his favourite person, we took a dander into town. I was very slow today... even my duffle coat felt Very Heavy. We got as far as a fairly ho-hum cafe/cake shop that we don’t usually bother about, but we went in. We both had excellent ‘breakfasts’ - mine slightly more excellent than JR’s. (Extra)

I then walked on into town with JR, slowly, deciding that it was easier to walk on in, pick up some licorice, and get the bus back home. (NB There was NO BLACK LIQUORICE - just coloured stuff!)

Came home and watched CNN - Pennsylvania was still about to declare for Biden, which was the same as when I went out. Those CNN anchors kept up the chat and informed discussion for hours!
