Early autumn colours

Walking through the local park this morning I enjoyed the changing colours of the trees overlooking the lake. I was pleased to see that the beck which runs through the park has signs that it is going to be cleaned up and dredged. I will be interested to see the progress..Do wish they'd lock the park up for the hours of darkness as they used to do, think there'd be less stuff thrown/dumped in the beck, but maybe not. The extra is fencing round piles of earth which I assume relates to the beck dredging.
