New walk

Not an especially remarkable photograph, more a record of my day.  I found a walk from the village today, along a Green Lane to the next village a couple of miles away.  A nice walk and quiet; I saw one lady walking her dog on the way out and a couple out for a walk on my way back.  The picture is a view from part way out, looking back towards our rental barn; that’s it on the horizon almost dead centre of the shot.

We managed to eat at the village pub last night for the first time, on their last night before closing again for lockdown.  An excellent meal; a shame it will be a month before we can try it again, but they are doing Friday night takeaways, so we will probably take advantage of that.
