Hidden Treasures

Took a quick walk this afternoon along the footpath to Letcombe, avoiding the worst of the soggy conditions following the recent rains.  I was surprised to find clumps of helicopter seeds still securely ripening on some trees; despite what Storm Aiden had thrown at us over the weekend.

Although the trees have been there a while they are now in the shade of one of the recent housing developments built in this area, and seems to be developing a rich harvest.
