Horses riding across Ardington Brook
Back home after a few days away in North Devon. We returned to our regular walk around Ardington and Lockinge. We hadn't been willing to take a walk in Devon; the weather had not suited.
A lot of the large trees in Ardington and Lockinge have lost their leaves, but those alongside Ardington Brook are still a mass of colour.
We were passed by two statuesque horses as we walked into the village, and I managed to catch a glimpse of them as they rode through the trees and onto the bridge over the brook.
Autumn at its best!
