Piering out

Awake early....6.15 on the dot, that was yesterdays alarm call :-/ We didnt get up till after 9 though and it was a lovely sunny if chilly morning.

After breakfast hub wanted to check on the US election progress.....gonna be a while yet!

As today is our last day of freedom for 4 weeks we decided on a couple of hours in Southport for some fresh air, a coffee and a bacon roll at our fav little spot. We found a table in the sun, out of the wind, just right!

Took quite a few shots today as the light was lovely and bright.....you can imagine my smile when I saw todays Wide Wednesdays' theme of Reflections. Hard to choose between main blip and extra......although this is a little more obscure, hopefully will count, he is definitately "reflecting" on something, whilst puffing away on his pipe. The extra is a more obvious one.

Last SW session proper tonight for a month.... think Ive lost this week :-/ will let you know tomorrow. Dinner later will be a spanish pork stew with rice I think.

Yesterday was the 11th anniversary of losing my Dad......funny how after so long you can still miss them every day.

Hub is outside clearing some leaves, guess I should really go and help, so thats it for today.
