Frosty

We had our first frost this morning although it was not severe enough to turn the leaves on our kiwi fruit bush brown. It did leave its mark on some leaves and I managed to go out early enough to get a picture or two. I have included the frosty sedum as an extra; the sunshine was already melting the frost on the pink flowers.
 
I have spent a lot of time knitting today while watching and listening to the US election results. I know very little about American politics, but this seems so complicated when compared to our elections here in the United Kingdom.

The temperature today was nine degrees Celsius at GMT noon.
