Supervisory role

This morning we tackled the problem of the power cutting out when the garden floods. Hubby did the hard work, I handed him tools and Hetty kept an eye on him through the gap in the floor. The trapdoor is at the front of the house and the problem junction box at the back so he removed a couple of floorboards to make it easier and give him some light, power had to off.
That done we walked down to Oxfam bookshop to drop off a pile of books and buy Christmas paper.
Ironing and walk with daughter and the dogs.
Hetty had a half hour chasing her ball through the house and was asleep by eight, I think she has had a busy day.
