Fallen crab apples

Arley again, a generally gloomy day with heavy showers. It seems the garden stays open during the next all England lockdown, which is good news for us.

A lot more birds around today than previous visits. A big flock of blackbirds, song and mistle thrushes and redwings feasting on the yew and holly berries. I haven’t seen a fieldfare yet.
