A wild and wet November day, no sooner had the rain stopped than it started again, so quick dashes required. The beech trees on the land are looking incredible, but they do major drippage down the neck !
Seemed to spend a vast proportion of the day in the kitchen , vegan Moroccan Tagine - turned out v well ( which is a relief as there are joe plenty of freezer portions for rainy days , which might be sooner than I think as this weather will return , this is Ireland !
Acupuncture session this eve and my energy levels are vastly improved and I’m feeling far more grounded . I’ve been persuaded to take of my Fitbit- apparently it interferes with the energy gateways in the hand and forearm in Chinese medicine . I shall give it a trial .
Back on the sewing machine this eve , making covers for the camper mattresses . It’ll be midwinter before I get it all together , but we’ll have a night away somewhere soon, just for the fun of it, even if it is within 5 km !
