A much nicer morning than forecast.... So off we tottered for a local favourite.
Good job as its been torrential since lunch and there are reports of localised flooding. Certainly our garden is a swamp again :-(

Following yesterday's horrid but unexpected Lockdown announcement I decided to offer some free supported 1:1 Wellness Walks on Facebook. It's fair to say my social media has gone boom....
But the offer also applies locally to, anyone in need. If you're struggling with isolation, anxiety or just feel a bit down, or know someone who is, then I'm happy to head out for a gentle 1:1 wander. Totally not a counselling session, but I am a good listener.
