BEACH!

the sun was shining and that called for a spontaneous cycle to the coast
i went with my flatmate
it was chilly but great fun and good exercise.

we sat on the rocks
walked along the cold sand and got our feet wet
he is a good friend, like a brother really.
i do love the sea air
the freshness and coldness
the open space that lies before your very eyes
a vast expance of water for miles and miles
and God created all of it
every single creature, human, thing that i can see.
amazing.

church was about loving God more and others more too.
definately a lesson i needed to hear, a refresher.

then i went over to a friends for a catch up...God has been so awesome in providing him with a great placement, but it means he will be leaving in april...hence the catch up!

i will sleep really well tonight after that cycle...think we did about 18 miles!
