April Fool...

I love this time of year. I used to be an Autumn Only person, the smell of bonfires in the air, the crisping of the leaves on the tree. My life always used to change dramatically in Autumn so there was always things to reflect on and ponder whilst the nip in the air took its first bite.

Now, I love all seasons, for their individual benefits. This time of year will now, always, remind me of being heavily pregnant.

On my maternity leave, before Arlo, I'd lie in bed with a cup of tea watching my tummy roll and flip and fizz and then look out of the window and watch this lovely puffy yellow stuff float in the breeze.

It's easy to forget that there's a lot of magic in the simple things in life.
