A long way from home

A hectic day, starting with an alarm going off .....by the time it was silenced I was wide awake !!!!

Then on to the plan for the day. Shopping......M&S for some Christmas goodies that will keep and a garden centre to order a delivery of compost, bark and gravel. I resisted any temptation to purchase a companion for Amber, she would probably want to eat it. Finally a trip to the wholesalers for routine stuff. 

It was all quite tiring and I was pleased to get home for a rest. I wasn’t impressed standing in the queue outside M&S in the rain waiting to get in. The other two stores were less busy and a more pleasant experience.
