Little Donkey

This year Lucy has been driving our old estate car and we needed that to deliver our old bed frame to Josh.

Today Lucy and I loaded up the car and drove over to Josh’s to make said delivery and were rewarded with a delicious slice of sponge cake not long out of the oven and tea. Whilst we were there Lucy messaged Rebecca to see if she was in for us to pop in and she was but on the way I wanted to show Lucy Holybourne, a village next to Josh and one that I walked to with Josh in the summer.  Josh had mentioned a newborn donkey at a little farm there and we were just looking for the lane when there was Bramble and mum. They had taken her for a walk up the lane to see how she was with traffic. I have to say at 4 weeks old she was very good. We then drove up to the village pond next to the church, a couple of pictures taken and then back into the car and off to Rebecca’s. It ended up being a lovely few hours out.
