Dreary day

The second 5 am alarm of three. Hideous. 
Into the office for no reason whatsoever other than being a visible leadership presence to three of my team who are all capable of doing their jobs without me being there. 

At least I was home in time for my call with K. That's always the best part of my weekend just now.
