An Uplifting Day

Yesterday was not an uplifting day with its greyness and downpours but today evened things up.
We were one of two places in Sweden that actually got some sun, and with very little wind the lake looked lovely. As we walked hats were removed and coats opened up, because it was so warm. We stood around chatting to a neighbour for about 15 minutes, just feeling good in the warmth of the sunlight. Not such a common feeling at the end of October in mid-Sweden.
I made my third batch of kombucha and set the fourth batch going. Now I'm upping production to about 1 litre a week because we are enjoying it so much.
