Good to be back at the sea ....

...... if only for a few days.

A  good run through with a coffee stop and a wee spot of Christmas shopping at Loch Leven's Larder.

Duly fortified we continued our journey to Elie. Car unpacked, soup heated and enjoyed we headed down to the beach while the weather seemed favourable. The tide was on the way out leaving some areas of reflection on the wet sand.

As we turned to walk back home the heavy clouds rolled in and the rain started and now it's very, very dark outside as there are few houses occupied at our end of the village so there are no welcoming lights in the windows.
