Barbara brings rain

I took mum in for a hospital appointment late morning then nipped off into town to go to the bank. I also had a pile of old notes and coinage in foreign money from the cleat at Jeans The bank weren't interested and had given up their charity box due to Covid. Fortunately Sainsburys hadn't. ££££ to the British Legion. I must have been a right sight stuffing old foreign bank notes and a huge bag of coins into the little locked perspex box.
I should have been off to Windermere with Tom, mum, D and H and their family plus a couple of other family members, but it's been derailed by Covid, I guess like many other people. I'm a bit fed up.
