Congregating

I didn't take advantage of the extra hour this morning, my body clock had forgotten.   However, it was a joy to be out early, on this beautiful day.

A walk along Steanard Lane again but around then to Fir Cottage, Dewsbury.   These Swans and Geese seem to enjoy this area.   Must be plenty of shelter and food.   A good vantage point for people to feed them, you can see the discarded rubbish people have left.  Grrrr..

I have, over the past months been negotiating and now finally have purchased a flat, which completed on Friday and I collected the keys.   So a busy Saturday taking up carpets and floor coverings, curtain rails and fireplace.   But we made a good start.

So, some plumbing, electric and of course decorating work to be done.  Fortunately I don't have to move in straight away.   Alan approved of the flat, whilst knowing he would not be able to move in, but wanted me to be settled.   So a new chapter will begin.

This may be my last blip for a few weeks, as I have cancelled my Sky TV   and internet subscription which expires today.   I will get another Internet provider once I am ready to move in which hopefully will be early December.   If I can get my phone to upload photos I will dip in and out of blip if I can.

I have renewed my subscription today so will continue when possible.
