Lockdown for 6 weeks starts tomorrow at midnight . So depressing . Headed off into Nenagh to get some paint for the indoor window sills, just in case I’m really stuck for something to do ( they really do need doing). It was slightly busier than usual but no queues. Very irritating adult family in Lidl refusing to wear face masks and making a show of it - so not funny . No one said anything to them but plenty of mutterings behind masks .
There is a village enhancement scheme with many getting funding for paint jobs, the latest is this cheery yellow house , I love it.
Sheelagh na gig’ the book and coffee shop next door has freshened up too.
