Toadstool?

A mainly quiet day. Rain this morning. 

Local walk with Fletch when it eased off. Not seen many fancy toadstools yet but there were lots of very tiny brown mushrooms today.
 I then saw this. I think it's a toadstool. I would never take the chance to pick any to eat even it looked like a mushroom

What is it they say.... The difference between mushrooms and poisonous toadstools.. You can eat mushrooms many times but if it's a poisonous toadstool, only once!
