Raining inside and out

Today started badly, got progressively worse and ended up ok. We were meant to be playing football and netball this afternoon but the rain put paid to that. So into the outdoor classroom we went. Out with tarpaulin, rope, pegs, mallets and enthusiasm! We tested the shelters with a handily placed hose pipe. The children had a ball and, rather surprisingly, remained dry!
