Mandalas

Today in outdoor learning with year 4, we collected leaves and made mandalas. I showed them some photos of work created by the artist James Brunt. The children collected leaves for ten minutes and then had 20 minutes to create their masterpiece. This was my favourite. Baring in mind the children are 8 years old, I think this is brilliant.
