Perfect pink petals

Slept ok again, eoke at 7.30..was lay on my achey deltoid, post flu jab!

After breakfast I walked to the Beauticians for my pedicure and paint....chose a lovely autumnal shade, a rich deep orange, a bold change for me, I really like it :-) you can see it in extras if you dont mind feet lol!

My sis arrived just as I was finishing up....for her similar treatment. I stayed in the room where I was with my mask on, whilst we chatted across the salon for a little while, then I collected hubs newspaper before heading home to collect my bag and coat....and the car, as we were going out for lunch.

Sis & I had a good shopping session, she chose a jacket, which is going to be her "x" present. She also,bought another waterproof coat for her dog training sessions, now the weather is turning more wet and wintery.
We nad a lovely lunch, black pudding, bacon & poached egg stack, with pepper sauce & we shared a bucket of chips, very nsughty but oh so nice! We had another mooch for an hour, picked up another couple of "x" pressies for the girls.......before our goodbyes and heading home.

Hub was sat reading in the summerhouse when I got back.....once Id put my purchases away I joined him and finally made a start on the third and final book in my lockdown trilogy, seemed appropriate as we are now part of the T3 gang :-(

Didn't take my camera out today, so my blip is just a shot of the flowers on the dining room table.....with the late afternoon light on them.

I joined my online Yoga session at 6.30.... was really pleased with myself, managed to get up into the full unassisted shoulder bridge, first attempt :-)

A late dinner, the spanish pork stew I made yesterday, with some griddled courgettes for me, hub had fries with his.

See my team nad a good result against PSG tonight :-)

Enjoyed the Bake Off......enjoyed Roadkill on Sunday too and we've just started to watch The Twelve, a Belgian drama about a Jury in a murder trial, looks promising too :-)

Mixed feelings about T3 and the pre & subsequent wranglings.....not much difference between 2 & 3 really :-/
