Technical challenge!

I finally got around to trying last week’s GBBO technical challenge - chocolate babka. Admittedly I had a full recipe to follow, not the pared down instructions that they get, but it was still quite challenging and not without incident :) my plaiting of the dough would have made good TV viewing! And I cheated by using Nutella instead of making the filling.
Still, it is edible - so I’m still a contender :)
