Cucumber soup!

My very first attempt at making soup!!! Quite pleased with my efforts!! :)

Jayney had showed me how to make it when I was with her in Liverpool and it was a fool proof recipe so I just had to try it! The result - rather tasty - a greener version of potato and leek soup is how I would describe it!

An afternoon of badminton was a lovely addition to the lazy weekend I was hoping for. That was until one of us took severe cramp, leading to a very strange twitching leg muscle! It looked incredibly sore, therefore all we did of course was laugh, but the patient put on a very brave face! Rather them than me!

A night with the last piece of chocolate cake, a good book and casualty on TV awaits....
