Strawberry

J was at work for 6am on his day off. A big day for him today as they try to take the business in a fresh direction.

The kids and I decorated T-shirts this morning. M mostly just listed the words of things she likes, 'reading, friends, love?!!'. E did a few drawings of horses, a football, some musical notes and piano keys. She doesn't even play the piano? And L, well she scribbled all over one sleeve and then went off to pull all the Lego out of the toy cupboard. I then had a go at drawing Upsie Daisy, Woody and a doggie on hers, as per her request.

As the sun was shining we took a scooter ride to the park. L go at a big pink ride-on bike type thing for her birthday last July and has been scared of it ever since. She managed to hold on while I pushed her there without crying, but at after almost falling asleep on the swing at the park, our journey home was a little more testing. Progress though right? She'll be using her own legs to push it along by the time shes 18 hopefully.

The sun went down much later today than it did last weekend. I bloody love the Spring and it'll be here before we know it! To celebrate, we ate strawberries.
