On tow

On our journey from N. Shropshire to Peterborough we stopped for lunch at the Gliding Club at Husbands Bosworth, Leics where, many years ago, T learnt to become a tug pilot. This is the actual tug plane which T learnt in and its being flown by the same pilot who taught him. Lunch was a drawn out affair with a lot of old memories being relived and flying stories re-told!!

I am now with my lovely people and we've had Birthday cake, balloons and champagne so far .... I think there's more excitement to come.
