Quite a busy day..long walk with Fletch this morning. 
Weekly shop at Tesco. 
Met friend Jenny at the Dock Museum..Tier 2 meant a walk rather than a sit and chat with coffee ..We walked the full length of the path, up and over the grassed over slag bank which has views across the town in 2 directions , over to the sea and over towards the Lake District hills. A bit grey and misty but not a breath of wind and didn't feel cold..I've not seen her for 3.months so it was good to catch up.

Back home and Fletch was waiting for his teatime walk. I should be super fit.. but felt rather tired by the time I got home after my third walk of the day
