Woke several times during the night from vivid dreams which seems to be the norm now. 
I'm trying not to dwell on 'The current situation' but my subconscious takes over when I'm asleep.

On the positive side. ..today it was sunny. Fletch was ok and we had a long walk up to and around the park. The sky was blue and although some of the trees have already lost their summer colour and the leaves are brown and crispy there were still some stunning trees.

Within 5 minutes of getting home the hospital phoned  to bring Ms appointment  forward by half an hour ( for a minute we thought it would be cancelled) 
The plan was to take Fletch a walk while M was there but he was tired and after 15 minutes Fletch walked me to the hospital entrance and sat down to wait..for another half hour. The sun was shining so no hardship for me. 

The important thing is to focus on the positive things.

This evening, Wine , Netflix  and knitting the rainbow jumper for Liz..
