Could be art

Yesterday's exertions seem to have had no ill effects on the legs so we went for runs (plural as we started and finished in the same place but went in opposite directions in between).
I did choose a route that was basically flat, with optional sand dunes (did a few) and nice underfoot and enjoyed myself along the edge of Tentsmuir, out onto the salt marsh and back through the trees. The tide was in, and very high, so only a short section of beach. I've never seen the tank defence blocks in the water, some were almost submerged, and this one caught my eye.
The rest of the day has been spent doing various jobs around the house, including throwing out some jars of sauce that were well past best before date, 2014, 13 and 09 to be precise. Don't know how they got missedon previous clearouts!
