Proper hillwalk

We finally managed to get out for a proper hillwalk. We've had several good walks over smaller hills and were planning bigger ones in the last couple of months - but injuring my knee put paid to that. However, the forecast was okay, parking would be fine and the knee is doing well (the active holiday really helped) so today was put aside to go up 2 Munros.
The last time we did a full hill walk was early March and the previous nearly a year ago (poor weather, a long race and a holiday scuppered other plans before lockdown) and thhlast Munro was July 2019!
We did choose a fairly easy couple where the start is high but there are some steep sections and the 1st summit is very stony, the view is looking toward the second as we left the roughest section.
The weather was better than expected, though thin cloud on the tops which gave an unusual weather phenomenon, a cloudbow - see extra. 

Cloud bows are rare and perhaps more so because they are easily overlooked. They can appear in low contrast against grey cloud and even blue skies.

They are formed by small water droplets suspended in damp air or sometimes by virga, fine rain that evaporates before reaching the ground.
Depending on the droplet size they can range from almost white and broad to narrower with increasing rainbow colours. The larger the droplets the closer in appearance to a rainbow
