A quarantine birthday

Quarantine day 4/10.
Hubby's birthday today and normally we would be out being active in the mountains....so a bit different this year. We celebrated with the family last Saturday so he feels blessed to have 2 birthdays this year! 

Scrabble, a workout, sorting the winter fuel ( logs), a hottub, tea and cake....fire is lit, a puzzle on the go, skyping his siblings for ' apero' then a raclette.....not a bad birthday :). 

Extra: I made a cake (coffee walnut) ....baking not my thing. Quite pleased with my first attempt at a  swiss roll though. Don 't think I ' ve actually seen swiss rolls here (except maybe yule logs ) and google tells me that it didn't actually originate in Switzerland.
