Irony Is

I get very grumpy when I'm cold. Unfortunately I live in a cold house with a partner who is a) an environmentalist b) believes that switching on the heating is a sign of weakness, and c) rarely shows signs of being weak.

On entering the livingroom, I saw this fan on the floor (photographed in the good light of the stair....it's not our sittingroom floor). Despite being dressed liked an Inuit in the house, having a chilblain and an ice stalactite hanging from her nose, she exclaimed that the fan was in case she got too hot! 

Give me strength!
