I had a cuppa with a friend out in her garden and then nipped down to the park where I saw this heron. It amazes me how they can look so different when they're crouching down. Unfortunately I got a proper puncture today on my bike. I think it was when I was going down to the park. I thought I felt it going over something but it was still going ok until after I'd been to Lidls. When I got back on it was making a very strange noise and the tyre was completely flat. Hopefully Halfords will be able to sort it tomorrow.
