When help is needed?

Sometimes the little grey cells are not enough!

Busy in the charity shop this morning and a lazy afternoon.  
Lady collected a coat I had altered for her and was thrilled with the end result.  Very satisfying.  The alterations were complicated and I think I now know how it must feel to do keyhole surgery!
