Sign of the times

Bit of a cheat this as I didn't take the picture.  I can't walk to it at the moment and friend sent it to me. It is a new 'pillar' at the MK Rose.  There are all sorts of events recorded there.
Heart scan at the hospital today and I will get a monitor in a couple of weeks.  Maybe I will then find out what is happening!
