Wednesday

Woke really early again with  a thumping headache. Instantly thought back to yesterday and really thought I was going to be sick. 
Had breakfast, took painkillers and went back to bed for the morning. 

I had arranged to go for a walk with a friend and I am glad I had something planned to do. More painkillers, a walk through the park to meet L and we walked for an hour. 

Nipped into Sainsburys to get a few beers as a thank you for my brother for his help yesterday. 

More painkillers and time on the sofa. This headache is just not going away and still feeling sick. 

I got a text from the fraud department saying they had logged the case and a decision will be made in around 15days.
