Thursday

I hardly slept at all last night and had to be awake for 8 to call the Dr. Felt so exhausted. 

Normally the Dr phones back quite quickly but not this morning; she called as I was out a walk with a friend. 
We had a walk into Stockbridge and stopped for a  coffee/tea and scone in Mimi's. 

I picked up this leaf on the way back, it was one of a kind on the pavement. 

Yesterday and everything it brought up has been going round and round my head all day. Starting to feel sick with tiredness.
