Rose of Sharon
This beautifully coloured flower is one of the last of its kind this year. For the last 40 years the bush has provided masses of blooms from spring to September. There are still examples wishing to bloom, but unless there are quick they will perish. In summer you can see tiny black insects, but these don't harm the bloom. Yes and another example of macro today! If you look closely you can see water drops on a leaf.
