A Walk in the Woods

We had to be up early today as we had to be at the pharmacy for 9am to have our flu jabs.  I'm glad we booked the first slots as we were the only ones there and were in and out in no time.  I nipped to the post office as I had a parcel to post, and then as it was sunny we walked down to Molly's at the beach for bacon baps, the only problem was it quite windy and rather chilly to be sat outside!

We made two trips to the tip to get rid of all the stuff from the garage and the loft, and after the second trip, we drove to Stanmer Park for a walk in the woods.  There wasn't much in the way of autumn colours, but it was a lovely walk, and particularly nice for Alan as today was his first day out after quarantine as he's been working all week.

When we got home we had a hot drink to warm up, then Alan took the boys out for a walk while I cooked the dinner and tonight I'm watching the final of Britain's Got Talent.
