I ran an errand for a neighbour today - picking up a meat order from a traditional butcher’s in nearby Shiplake. It was a beautiful drive there and back - a road I rarely drive on.

I didn’t buy any meat myself but I did get a meat pie from their freezer that I plan to cook in a few days in my new Remoska oven. I also bought a bottle of this marinade and used it tonight with some chicken drumsticks. I cooked them in the Remoska over a bed of carrots and I made up a ‘twice baked potato’ from leftovers. Oh my! That was a delicious meal. I am eager to try it with other things, especially fish. Super yummy.

Did I mention how much I love my Remoska??
