Under Loughrigg

We went to Ambleside today as Santana needed a new walking jacket and I needed new walking shoes. Result on both counts. From here to Penny Rock Woods and then a walk into Grasmere around the lake. Sunshine and showers for much of the walk. Delicious lunch at Mathilde’s and then retraced our steps.
