From Helsington towards Arnside Knott

I met B at Sizergh for a walk up onto Scout Scar.  This added quite a few steps to our tally as we usually walk from Helsington.  Mixed weather - sunshine and showers and quite slippery in places.  Good catch up with her.  Soup and scone at Sizergh cafe and then home to recover.  It was about 17000 steps which is a lot for me but it was very good to get out and blow some stuff away.
