Stirling

Half-term favourite on a gloriously Spring-like day. The snow was rapidly receding in the balmy temperatures (of 10°C !). It's a while since our last visit to the Castle and I was particularly impressed by the finished Royal Palace (reopened in 2011 by Her Majesty).

This is a snap looking north-west towards the Southern Highlands; Stuc a' Chroin and Ben Vorlich on the right.

EDIT - just discovered a red balloon following round my comments and realised I have reached some sort of blipping milestone. Well I suppose it took blipping long enough. Thanks for all your blipping support over the years, its changed a lot in my time here, I wish I could say the same for my blipping ability.
