The bigger picture...

Yesterday the leaves, today the tree :-))  

It won't be long until the autumn wind renders this beauty naked for another winter so it may be blipped again before the month is out.

The flags are out as seven months after our ensuite refurb was completed, the radiator has now been fitted.  Woo hoo!  Fingers crossed that's the end of it and no leakages will be reported.  

I am sure I had something else to mention but my brain has gone black and Bake Off is just about to start so shall return later :-))
