A study in concentration

Poor Ottawacker Jr has had it hard during this crisis. 

As we move relentlessly towards the second wave, his harsh and uncaring parents have removed him from his sole possibility of socialization: soccer. 

We are a bit on the careful side - various underlying health issues among various family members - and so, when the numbers started to increase and his coaches seemed to not realize the value of social distancing wherever possible, it all came to a sudden end.

He took it stoically, he always does. But there has been a certain ferocious vigour to the shots pinging towards the top left-hand corner of the goal. He's even managed to use the tree as a wall.
